Its important to have a game plan for growth. Growth will not occur if there is no plan. Our people will perish without a vision. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. I will encourage you pastors to enroll in a seminary to prepare yourself to prevent poor performance.
For the most part attend the School of Thought Seminars. I will be instructing these classes for whosoever will attend. The school of thought is a Non-Denominational school of thought. We will be sending out information announcing when these classes will convene in my region.
