In my training seminars, you may partake of the grace God has bestowed upon me to teach you for success in your purpose driven church. I must say it takes time and patience to pursue a small amount of progress. A little at a time will pay off. I'm just now beginning to benefit from 16 years of learning by mistake after mistake to get it right. The most effective way is to be committed to the cause full time. It's no way you will get full time results without being in it full time. Pastors you must develop your outreach skills.
The world needs to see us in service, and not being served. Serving your flock will build your church to the next level. This mission came to me by revelation and practical persistence. You will earn a great deal of honor from others who need a pastor like you. When people see you operating in service ministry, they will call for you. I know for some pastors you have to go to your secular job to take care of your family. Just don’t complain about what you see happening for those who step out on faith. Pray for the pastors that’s stepping out on faith, and sow into his efforts as a partaker, and get the same blessing from God as if it was you doing it.
